We’re extra polite and you are so pleased with our courtesy that the thought never crosses your mind to call another company. We even give you a few tips over the phone regarding regular lawn care maintenance and things to be on the lookout for.
We schedule a time that works best for you to come out and give you a free estimate. You hang up and go tell your spouse that you just made a new friend.

Fast forward to tomorrow, we’re there 5 minutes early and you have a few frosty mugs of sweet tea waiting for us (please?). We share a solid handshake and and an understanding that this is going to be a beautiful relationship. I’m sure we’ll chat a little bit about your yard, your day and what not, We’ll drain those glasses of sunshine-in-a-cup, grab our equipment, do a fantastic job and be on our way to adding another satisfied customer to our repertoire.
